PEN Volunteer programme
Many students leaving universities cannot find work in Kenya. Through volunteerism, PEN gives talented Kenyans the opportunity to gain critical work experience and help them find full time employment. The volunteers develop their skills and at the same time play a part in building a just society.
PEN aims to make its volunteer initiative an integral part of the organization and is fully committed to volunteer's involvement in all aspects of the organisations work. The volunteer work to clearly defined terms of reference ensuring mutual support and commitment exist. This ensures that PEN continues to provide a high standard of service to all our beneficiaries.
It is our hopes that other CSO’s would follow our example and create these opportunities for young people to develop their careers.
