WORKING WITH ORGANIZATIONS

PEN works with grantees of development partners with whom we have signed a multi-year agreement. In some cases grantees request PEN to conduct a participatory organizational assessment before designing and implementing a set of appropriate organizational development initiatives. In other cases grantees request PEN to provide specific OD interventions such as governance strengthening, strategic planning, managing change, resource mobilization or various systems development that have been identified and agreed before PEn engaged.

OXFAM 2010

PEN signed a partnership agreement with OXFAM GB in late 2009. This will underpin a new working relationship between PEN and OXFAM from 2010 onwards.
