Dr. Samson Muttai (Chairman)
A veterinary surgeon by training and qualification.   Dr. Muttai is an Ex Assistant Director with the Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC), Livestock division for over 16 years.   He is also a retired Council Member of Egerton University.

Wilfred Lagat (Vice Chairman)
Mr. Lagat is a Business man who has worked both in Nairobi and other parts of the Country. He previously worked with Action Aid Kenya and Care Kenya.

Mr. Michael Cherwon (Treasurer)
Director, Prodex

Certified Accountant by profession.  He is the Chairman of Trans-national Bank and Chairman, Central Bank of Kenya Staff Pension Fund.  He is a former director of CMA and has worked for Central Bank of Kenya in various departments including Director, Deposit Protection fund and Finance Department.  He is also a Commissioner and Chairman of Water Department, City council. He has attended various seminars and workshops.

Ms Evelyn Rono  (Secretary)
External Affairs Manager, Kenya Data Network
A trained teacher with a background in Computer Science and Business Administration.   Has NGO Management and governance experience.

Prof. Elijah Biamah (Member)

Environmental and Water Systems Engineer and Chairman of Department.Department of Environmental & Biosytems Engineering,University of Nairobi.  Also Chairman of Kenya Coffee Research Foundation. Prof. Biamah is an International consultant to UN, NGOs and Government.   He has published widely and has over 11 years of government service, and more than 20 years with University teaching.  He is also an international consultant and travels widely throughout Africa.

Mr. Christopher Chacha-Ogwe
Current Director at Sony Sugar Company Limited and Chairman of its Operations Committee.Has attended various Management and Governance Courses locally and abroad.Chairman, Community Mobilization Against Desertification-C- MAD ,Kenya .Board Member -Migori Teachers Training College Board Member -St.Joseph's Ombo Mission Hospital and Chairman of its Finance Committee.Formerly a Civil Servant and Career Educationist.Has been  Commissioner ,Teachers Service Commission, Provincial Director of Education Nairobi, Secretary General -Kenya National Commission for UNESCO and Senior Deputy Director Ministry of Education

George Nyakora.
Director, Regional Training and Resource Centre, SOS-Kinderdof International/ Human Resource and Organizational Development Advisor East Africa.
Mr. Nyakora is a former director of the SOS emergency Relief programme for child Soldiers in Uganda.  He has a wide experience in working with the Not for Profit Sector throughout Africa and has also worked with ActionAid Kenya.

Andrew Bulloch
Former chief Executive of Glaxo subsidiary in East Africa.  Past director of Kenya Association of Manufacturers.  Former vice chairman British Business Association.  A Kenyan citizen by naturalisation'.
