A finance professional with more than 20 years’ experience in providing leadership and management in design, implementation and strengthening of financial, human resource and administration systems, for organizational growth and financial sustainability. She maintains timely reporting to PEN’s funding partners and the Board, as well as government statutory bodies. Judith also supports local and international not-for-profit organizations (NPOs) to address various institutional gaps in areas of organization and financial management systems.

She also works with communities on approaches and strategies to enhance their livelihoods resilience and promotion of good governance at the grassroots level.

Jared is a development practitioner with 3 years of experience in civic space advocacy, gender mainstreaming and providing support to project implementation teams. He is interested in resource mobilization, citizen capacity strengthening and monitoring and evaluation. At PEN, he supports citizen capacity strengthening and county-level CSO Networks coordination and capacity enhancement on various governance and human rights issues. He also leads in communications at PEN.
