Majina is a purpose-led Social Impact Advisor and Resilient Programming Expert, who is passionate about helping organizations build strategies that create real, inclusive, and measurable change. Whether it is in the development world, private sector, philanthropy, or government, she supports teams to design initiatives that align social impact with their bigger picture goals and do it in a way that works for the communities they aim to serve. She has worked closely with diverse stakeholders, youth groups, leadership teams, funders, grassroots partners, to co-create solutions or technical assistance that are community-driven, equitable, and sustainable. She brings experience in tools like Theory of Change, SDG mapping, ESG integration, and Monitoring and Evaluation for Learning (MEL) frameworks to help organizations stay focused, track their impact, and continuously improve. She applies people-centered and participatory methodologies, such as gender analysis, action planning tools, Gender Action Learning Systems (GALS), meaningful youth engagement frameworks, youth centered, and youth led research methods to ensure that interventions are responsive to the needs and aspirations of the community. What drives her most is amplifying underrepresented voices, especially women, youth and marginalized groups, and supporting systems-level change through partnership, empathy, and intentional design. She believes impact work is most powerful when it’s people-centered, values-led, and built collaboratively.
